Katy and Jess first got in touch with Paul after hearing about him locally. He’s become fairly well known around Winnersh for helping bring gardens back into shape, and they were initially looking for a tidy-up.

But as we talked more about their plans, it became clear they had something bigger in mind.

Having decided to stay in Winnersh for a few more years, they wanted to make the most of their courtyard space and turn it into somewhere they could properly enjoy. The tired decking and ageing raised beds will be replaced with a newly laid patio and rich, layered planting to soften the space and bring it to life.

We couldn’t be more excited about this one. It’s very much a labour of love, and we’re looking forward to sharing how it develops later in the summer.
